Shipping & Returns
Returns:
If you wish to return an item and it is eligible for return (refer to the Discounted Items/Promotions section), you may do so within 14 calendar days of receipt. To initiate a return, please complete the form provided at this link. Be sure to include your SKU number and order number for accurate processing.
Returned goods must be unworn and packaged as originally received, including being folded and wrapped in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the return, we will confirm via email and aim to process refunds within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Last Day to Order:
To ensure delivery by December 25th for British Columbia and U.S. addresses, please select Express Shipping. Delivery times may vary due to FedEx delays, and we are not responsible for any changes in shipping times beyond our control.
Shipping Delays:
During Agasi Aura promotions and the winter holiday season, order processing may take up to one week. Agasi Aura is not liable for additional shipping delays due to customs or carrier backlogs. Please consider this when placing orders and allow adequate time for holiday deliveries.
P.O. Boxes:
We are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes due to our shipping process.
Discounted Items/Special Collections/Promotions:
Any items that are on sale will not be eligible for returns.
The Following Items are Final Sale:
- Gift Card
- Earrings are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged due to the personal safety and hygiene of our clients.
No exchanges, credit notes, or refunds will be provided for the items listed above.
Refunds:
Refunds are available for eligible items (see Discounted Items section) if they are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card only. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. This process is outside of our control. Please include the original packing slip with your return for prompt processing.
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be refunded.
Damaged Goods:
Returns for damaged items will only be accepted if the goods were damaged upon delivery. All items returned as damaged will be inspected upon receipt. Items deemed to have fair wear and tear will not be considered damaged. Refunds may take up to 30 days and are subject to applicable regulations, and will only be processed to the original payment card.
